Dr Rainer Stockmann is a founding partner of GSK Stockmann. Admitted to the bar in both Germany and New York, he is an accomplished expert in the areas of real estate law, M&A and restructuring. Clients value his strategic and entrepreneurial approach and his talent for developing bespoke solutions for complex legal challenges.
Rainer has many years of experience as a supervisory board member of listed property companies and currently sits on the advisory board of a real estate company and on the supervisory board of an unlisted real estate company.
