Heidelberg partner Dr Phillip M. Kuhn is an employment law specialist with extensive experience in advising clients on individual employment law and collective labour law. Alongside the full spectrum of labour law support, including collective bargaining issues, due diligence and strategic restructuring, he specialises in the development of bespoke solutions for complex labour law challenges, including restructuring and negotiations with works councils.
