Dr Nina Scherber is Counsel at GSK Stockmann’s Berlin office and has many years of experience in domestic and European financial market regulation. Her particular areas of focus include banking regulation, sustainable finance and ESG, capital markets law and banking litigation. She is an expert in the regulatory-compliant rollout of sustainable financial products and ESG risk management, as well as in handling banking law disputes and disagreements between financial institutions and supervisory authorities.

She also advises credit institutions and financial market participants on implementing complex regulatory frameworks, helping them integrate regulatory requirements into existing structures and processes in a compliant, commercially viable and strategically effective manner. Nina also regularly publishes and speaks on the topics of sustainable finance, ESG regulation and EU banking regulation.
