Dr Nina Leonard is a partner at our Munich office and a certified specialist in commercial and company law. She has extensive expertise in corporate law, restructuring, joint ventures and M&A transactions, and advises companies, investors and entrepreneurs both in Germany and internationally, with a particular focus on the energy, technology and life sciences/pharmaceuticals sectors.
