Dr Mechtild-Maria Siebke is a Local Partner at our Munich office specialising in finance, real estate transactions and restructuring. She primarily advises banks as well as German and international companies on complex financing issues. A key aspect of her work involves structuring and implementing financing transactions in the real estate sector, with a particular focus on syndicated financing, financing-related leasehold structures, and the hotel asset class, as well as financing restructuring.

Mechtild-Maria regularly shares her expertise in real estate financing law as a lecturer at the IREBS Institute for Real Estate Management at the University of Regensburg, and she has been recognised as an expert in her field in prominent legal rankings.
