Dr Jens Uwe Rügenhagen is a partner at our Heidelberg office and an experienced specialist in corporate law, M&A as well as litigation and dispute resolution. He specialises in supporting transactions in the financial services sector and advising strategic investors on international acquisitions in Germany, and also regularly represents his clients in contentious disputes. In line with his international fields of practice, Jens has been an active member of the International Young Lawyers Association (AIJA) for many years, having served on the association’s Extended Bureau for many years and, most recently, organising the 2025 Annual Congress as co-chair.
