Professor Barbara Scharrer is Of Counsel at our Munich office and brings decades of experience in the areas of investment law, M&A and corporate law. A highly regarded expert on Asian markets, particularly China and India, she is renowned for her extensive interdisciplinary expertise. This includes establishing and managing local law firm offices, as well as extensive management and supervisory board experience in Asia.

Barabara is known for her intercultural skills and firm grasp of international business law contexts.She also has many years of experience in academia, having taught international management with a focus on the Asian region and served as dean of studies for international business management at various universities.
