Experienced real estate specialist Dr Andreas Eichler is a partner at our Munich office. Clients value his dedication and in-depth expertise in complex real estate developments and transactions, as well as his extensive experience in commercial and residential tenancy law. He is also highly experienced in property management, particularly in the drafting of facility, property and asset management contracts, and in handling all issues relating to residential property management.
In addition to advising international and national funds and institutional investors, Andreas supports non-property companies, logistics companies, and project developers with all aspects of the property life cycle.

- Real estate transactions by way of asset and share deals, involving both existing and development properties (forward funding/forward purchase)
- Commercial tenancy law (drafting and negotiating leases
