Dr Andreas C. Peters has more than 25 years of experience advising on M&A transactions and venture capital investments. His further areas of expertise include real estate share deals, joint venture structures and corporate reorganisations. In addition to his German client base, he frequently advises international clients and has held various positions in the USA, the UK and Spain throughout his career.
Andreas is regularly recommended by colleagues for his assertiveness and strong strategic capabilities.
