Auriane Cridel has been with GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg since 2025 and is part of the Corporate, Banking & Finance and Capital Markets practice group. She advises domestic and international companies on corporate finance and corporate governance, as well as joint ventures, co-investments and mergers and acquisitions. Auriane holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the Université Paris Cité.
