Munich-based partner Andreas Dimmling is an experienced insolvency and restructuring specialist. He primarily advises companies and investors facing financial crises, liquidation and insolvency, as well as cross-border distressed and real estate M&A transactions. Another of his areas of expertise is the restructuring of corporate groups, often within fund structures. Clients value his efficient and economical approach, as well as his creative solutions.
In his role as co-head of GSK Stockmann’s London office from 2022 to 2024, Andreas was responsible for fostering relationships within the UK business community and developing business opportunities in Germany and Luxembourg. He is also the co-author of numerous publications in his areas of expertise and is regularly featured in prominent legal handbooks and rankings.
