A GSK Stockmann team led by partner Maritheres Palichleb provided Tishman Speyer with comprehensive legal and tax advice on the purchase of 126 apartments for an open-ended special fund.
The eight-storey residential development, located in Buch in Berlin’s Pankow district, has a total lettable area of approx. 10,000 square metres and comprises 126 apartments, a supermarket and an underground car park. The project is situated in close proximity to an internationally renowned science and medical research campus. Construction of the property, which will meet high sustainability and energy standards, is scheduled to begin in early 2025.
