Modernisation of German Arbitration Law – Part 2: Take a look at our GSK Update on the modernisation of German arbitration law. On 26 June 2024, the German Federal Government presented a draft bill to modernise German arbitration law following an extensive public consultation to identify and discuss potential amendments. The aim is to enhance efficiency, adapt German arbitration law to current needs and boost Germany’s attractiveness as an arbitration venue.
