GSK Stockmann advises on sale of prominent commercial property in Munich to Kreissparkasse München-Starnberg-Ebersberg

GSK Stockmann, in cooperation with ADIX Immobilien GmbH, advised S 15 / S 17 Immobilien GmbH, which is backed by investors Joseph Braun, Stefan Leberfinger and Christoph Ludwig, on the sale of a commercial property at Sonnenstrasse 15 in Munich to the savings bank Kreissparkasse München-Starnberg-Ebersberg. The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.

A GSK Stockmann team led by Stefan J. Schlapka and including Maximiliane Bartsch (Counsel) provided S 15 / S 17 Immobilien GmbH with legal advice on the conception and negotiation of the purchase agreement.

The property at Sonnenstrasse 15, which is currently being used for commercial purposes by the Kreissparkasse, offers approximately 10,000 sqm of space and is located in Munich’s city centre, between Stachus and Sendlinger Tor.

Until now, the property has been represented by ADIX Immobilien GmbH (managing director: Robert Gillitzer; asset managers: Ulrich Möllers and Claudia Greco). GSK Stockmann has been providing legal assistance in connection with the property for several years now, including handling its day-to-day asset management and all leases.
