New addition in Frankfurt: Lawyer and notary Svenja Heck joins GSK Stockmann

GSK Stockmann welcomes Svenja Heck as a notary at its Frankfurt office on 1 October 2026. The lawyer and notary joins the firm from BHP Bögner Hensel & Partner and will specifically strengthen the GSK Stockmann’s notarial services in the areas of real estate and company law.

Svenja Heck has extensive expertise in real estate and company law, with a particular focus on M&A and real estate transactions. She was appointed as a notary in 2025. Most recently, she was a partner at BHP Bögner Hensel & Partner in Frankfurt. Prior to this, she was part of the Corporate Real Estate team at Gleiss Lutz. During her time there, she advised on domestic and international real estate transactions as well as M&A processes.

This new addition is part of GSK Stockmann’s strategic expansion of its notary’s office in Frankfurt. Svenja Heck will strengthen the firm’s notarial services in this important financial centre and advise clients on matters relating to real estate and company law.
