Dr Jasmin Bethge, a highly regarded expert in distribution and franchise law, joins GSK Stockmann’s Hamburg office on 1 October 2026.
Jasmin Bethge advises German and international clients on establishing and developing distribution and franchise systems, as well as on drafting and negotiating distribution, supply and partnership agreements. She has particular expertise in the consumer goods and automotive industries. She also represents clients in disputes relating to distribution and franchise law, both in and out of court. Jasmin is a regular contributor to publications on commercial law and is co-editor of a legal handbook on franchising law (Rechtshandbuch Franchising, C.H. Beck).
This new appointment is the latest in a series of strategic recruitment decisions made by the firm over the past two years, including Dr Nina Leonard (Corporate M&A), Per Meyerdierks (Data Protection & Technology) and Dr Simon Spangler (Antitrust).
