The Federal Ministery of Economics and Energy (BMWI) has given the go-ahead for the previously announces support programme, which is to provide the vehicle industry with a total of EUR 1.5 billion between 2021 and 2024.
To support the German vehicle manufacturing and supply industry, the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy (BMWi) is putting together a total of EUR 1.5 billion in funding under the “Future Investments in the Vehicle Industry” programme. Funding can be applied for measures in digitalisation, modernisation of production, research and development and regional networking in innovation clusters. The application process is to begin in the coming weeks.
